Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the details will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

Separate deliveries

Some products may be dispatched separately, so items from the same order may arrive in different parcels.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
